To help prevent the spread of germs and keep our facilities as clean as possible, Ryno Hire is taking the following measures.

What Ryno Hire is Doing

To protect our staff and customers, Ryno Hire is implementing advice suggested by the Department of Health in response to COVID-19. We run through how we’ve implemented this advice in our short video.

Public Hygiene

As the video explains, Ryno Hire is sanitising, cleaning, and sterilising all equipment between uses to inhibit the spread of germs via surfaces.

Social Distancing

To limit contact between customers and staff, we will be offering online and over-the-phone payments. Also, we will be providing bookings online and over-the-phone as well.

To further limit contact, we will be providing additional pick-up and drop-off options. For example, at your request, we can drop off and pick up equipment from your doorstep to limit contact and suit your needs.

The Policies That Won’t Change

While there are changes we’ll be enforcing into the foreseeable future, there are some other policies that will remain the same. At Ryno Hire, we are dedicated to ensuring the same high standard of service some of our customers are already familiar with. We always strive to provide the following.
